By using the FYX website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from the website.
STORE AND ORDERS
FYX sells printed-to-order posters, wall products and personalised print products. Product availability, prices, offers and specifications may change. We may correct obvious listing or pricing errors and may contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled as placed.
PAYMENT
Online payments are processed through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders or locations. Any applicable charge is shown at checkout before you place the order.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED CONTENT
When you upload an image, artwork or other content, you confirm that you have the right to use it for the product you are ordering. You are responsible for the quality and suitability of the file supplied. Low-resolution, heavily compressed or poor-quality source images can reduce print quality and are not treated as a manufacturing defect.
PRINTED-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Because FYX products are printed to order, change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted. Damaged, defective, missing or wrong items are handled under the Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.
COLOUR AND SIZE
Screens display colour differently, so small differences between the on-screen preview and physical print can occur. Product dimensions should be checked before ordering. Minor colour differences and a size/design selected incorrectly by the customer are not return reasons.
SHIPPING
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are estimates rather than guarantees. Courier delays, weather, public holidays, local restrictions and remote-area serviceability can affect delivery. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy for current estimates.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The FYX website, brand assets, original website content and store design may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Artwork displayed on the website may include fan art and is not represented as official merchandise unless stated otherwise. Rights in third-party names, characters, marks and artwork remain with their respective owners.
MISUSE
You must not attempt to interfere with the website, payment flow, accounts, security controls or other customers. We may restrict access or cancel fraudulent or abusive activity where necessary.
LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, FYX is not responsible for indirect losses or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
